HEAVEN I is the chapter to which deceased Blue Knights are transferred upon their deaths. Their names are recorded in a leather bound book displayed at the International Office. Each year since 1996, the memorial book is taken to the annual International Convention for display. A reading of the names of the previous years deceased Blue Knights is given, and a moment of silence is observed on their behalf.
